Large Group Parties and Private Events
Fromage Wine Bar & Restaurant is proud to host your private party or any business event. We can accommodate any party of up to 40 guests. For all parties with over 25 guests, the restaurant will be closed to the public and open for your party exclusively for up to four hours. An additional venue rental charge will be applied. Contact our Private Event coordinators if you have a special request, questions, or any concerns. Please be advised, all dishes on the menus can be changed according to your dish preference.

We require for any partial or complete buyout we walk the space together with our clients to ensure our space meets the requirements and to flush out any operational concerns together before we proceed. This ensures we will have the proper venue set up and ready to go the night of your event.

We are comfortable handling groups of 1-48 persons.
MENU SELECTIONS AND PRICING
Pricing is based on guest counts as well as desired food packages. Once you have an idea of what would be suitable for your group please let us know so we can draft a proposal for your event. Menus are selected by situation. We can accommodate a buffet or sit-down dinner based on your vision. All menus are tentative up to 2 weeks before the event due to seasonality. We are a scratch kitchen and only use the freshest ingredients available by season.
The Executive Chef will work with you to develop a menu that fits your event perfectly. We can accommodate any guest’s special dietary needs and are happy to do so.
All beverages are sold by consumption. FROMAGE does not offer any beverage packages. We can limit what is to be served and pre-select wine, beer, and cocktail selections based on your budget. We can also cut off the open bar when your budget reaches its maximum, and turn it into a cash bar afterwards.
GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT
For parties that are not buyouts and have no food or beverage minimums, a guaranteed guest count is required two days before the event. The final bill will be charged on the number of guests or guaranteed guest count, whichever is larger. Taxes and gratuities will be added to the bill.
Proposals are an outline of our event, detailed costs, menu selections, run of show, and number of guests for your event. Proposals are for discussion and negotiation purposes before placing a deposit to guarantee and contract your preferred event space and timing.
EXPLANATION OF FEES
The fees incudes food, soft drinks, open bar for up to 2 hours. Food and beverage tax and service gratuities do apply. Other fees may include, staffing fees, rental fees, and security fees. All applicable fees are included as line items on proposals.

LUNCH RESTAURANT BUYOUT PRICING
Our full restaurant buyout pricing is based on an opportunity to earn. The buyout rate grants you access to the interior restaurant from the start time up until 3 p.m. The total rental time is up to 3 hours. Any additional time can be negotiated and added by your request. The restaurant comes “as is” and any other rental equipment (tents, special tables, and chairs) will be charged accordingly. Standard state sales tax (6.25% on food and 7.25% on alcohol),as well as, a 20% gratuity is not factored into the buyout rate and will be charged additionally.
The buyout rate includes all food and beverages consumed up to the said amount. All other consumption is charged additionally and will be charged applicable tax and gratuity. If the minimum is not met, the balance will be charged as a room fee and is not subject to tax and gratuity.
LUNCH BUYOUT RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Tuesday - Thursday $1,500 (up to 25 guests)
Friday-Sunday $2,500 (up to 25 guests)
For parties over 25 guests, you will be charged an additional $55 plus taxes and gratuity per guest
Regular lunch menu and buffet menu are available for your event
When you receive your invoice, you will also receive an event contract that outlines among other things our deposit and cancellation policies.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your event. This deposit is fully refundable only if the event is canceled 14 days or more before the function.
Deposits may be made by cash or credit card.
Once your event contract is signed, deposit received cancellation policies outlined in the event contract are applicable.
